The former sexy actress Patricia Javier has returned to showbiz industry after she signed a contract with Viva Entertainment. She will also be staying in the country for good after living in America for ten years.
In an interview with entertainment site Pep.ph, Patricia Javier, dubbed as the Sexy Diva of the Philippine cinema, said that this is a perfect time for her to return to showbiz because her husband, Dr. Robert Walcher has already sold their business in United States.
Patricia Javier said that she is very grateful to the Viva Entertainment top boss, Vic Del Rosario, who will manage her career, for giving him another chance to revive her career in the Philippines.
“I think si Boss Vic talaga ang isa sa nagtulak sa akin para bumalik. Kung wala siyang go-signal, hindi naman siguro ako babalik. Sabi ni Boss Vic, alam na ng mga tao before na sexy star ako. This time daw, gusto niya na i-build up ako as a serious actress,” she said.
Patricia Javier also said that she is slated to do a movie with Viva Films, adding that she will no longer portray sexy roles because she already have a family with two children.
“Siguro iba na ang situation now kasi I already have a family. “Kung may gagawin mang sexy scene, hindi na ito katulad dati na sobrang sexy. Siyempre may limitation na,” she said.
Patricia Javier rose to fame through the sexy film “Ang Kabit ni Mrs. Montero” in 1999, which also stars Edu Manzano, Sunshine Cruz and Gardo Versoza.
