Isabelle Daza Explains Why She Left GMA Network

The former “Eat Bulaga” host, Isabelle Daza, who signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN on Monday afternoon November 24, 2014, explained her reasons why she left the GMA-7 network.

In a live interview with “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” aired on Monday night, the daughter of former Ms. Universe Gloria Diaz, said that she wanted a new challenge in her life, noting that she wants to focus more on acting.

“Lumipat ako dito ’cause I wanted to try new challenge. It’s a new chapter in my life at I wanna focus more on acting and hone that craft,” she explained.

Isabelle Daza’s first project in the network is the upcoming series “Nathaniel,” where she will be working with the award-winning actor Gerald Anderson, whom she dreamt of working with.

The newest kapamilya star, who will play the role of Gerald Anderson’s girlfriend in the series, will also work with Shaina Magdayao, Pokwang and Cony Reyes.

Before transferring to ABS-CBN network, the 26-year-old actress has already worked with some kapamilya stars including Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz in the box-office movie “It Takes A Man And A Woman” in 2013.

Isabelle Daza was introduced to the show business in 2011. Aside from being an actress and host, she is also a famous product endorser, model and magazine cover girl.

Isabelle Daza is also one of the members of the country’s “It Girls” with Anne Curtis, Solenn Heusaff, Georgina Wilson and Liz Uy.
