Humfrey Nicasio made his own rendition of the song popularized by Pharrell Williams titled “Happy” during the blind audition of the country’s most popular singing competition, The Voice of the Philippines Season 2, during the Sunday’s episode of the show on November 23, 2014. He was able to convince a total of two judges who wants him to be with their respective teams, Coach Sarah G. and Coach Lea Salonga.

The 25-year-old Humfrey Nicasio came from Tagbilaran, Bohol who noted before his performance that he wants to join the show business. Right after his performance at the blind audition, he decided to be with Coach Lea Salonga.
