The kapmilya-turned-kapuso star Christian Bautista said that he does not regret transferring to GMA network. The singer-actor was an artist of ABS-CBN network for ten years before he moved to the rival network last year.
In an interview with entertainment website Pep, the “Star In A Million” finalist said that he does not have to regret because he has to continue to work on his decision no matter what will happen.
“Hindi puwede magkaroon ng regrets kasi talagang ‘pag nagkaroon ka ng isang desisyon, kailangan ituluy-tuloy mo yun kahit na anong mangyari,” he said.
Christian Bautista added that he did not cut his ties with his friends and with the people he worked with in the ABS-CBN. He will always be thankful also to the people who became a big part of his career.
“Hindi mo sila puwedeng kalimutan kasi hanggang ngayon, magkaibigan kami ng mga staff sa ASAP. Hanggang ngayon, kaibigan kami nung ibang friends ko sa [ABS-CBN]. Hindi mo puwedeng putulin yun,” he said.
When asked if he plans to move back to ABS-CBN, the 33-year-old actor said that he has yet to decide, adding that he will go for a network that he thinks is best for him. His three-year exclusive contract with GMA will end in 2016.
Christian Bautista is currently juggling three shows in GMA-7 including the Sunday variety show “Sunday All Stars,” Marian Rivera’s dance show “Marian” and the primetime series “Strawberry Lane.”
