The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official Room Assignment for Region IV-A & IV-B (Lucena City) in the November 2014 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) or more popularly known as the Nursing Board Exam. The NLE will be held this coming Saturday and Sunday, November 29-30, 2014 in Lucena City, the capital of Quezon Province.
Aside from the NLE Room Assignment for Lucena City, Quezon Province the PRC will also release the Room Assignment for various testing centers located in the cities of Manila, Baguio City, Laoag, Davao, Cabanatuan, Cebu, Dagupan, Iloilo, Legazpi, Angeles, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Bacolod.
According to the PRC’s announcement the rest of the Nursing Board Exam Room Assignment will be made available online one week before the examination or on the fourth week of November 2014.
Based upon the announcement of November 2014 Nursing Licensure Examination which will be held in Lucena City,one of the Regional Testing centers designated by PRC, they noted that the NLE will be conducted at the Quezon National High School located at Iyam, Lucena City
The PRC advised that before going your designated testing centers, all examinees should bring the following requirements:
- Notice of Admission
- Official Receipt
- One piece metered-stamped window mailing envelope
- Two or more pencils (No.1 or No. 2)
- Ball pens with BLACK ink only
- One piece long brown envelope
- One piece long transparent/plastic envelope
- Non-programmable calculators
