An MMDA Traffic Enforcer identified as Geraldo Santiago was attacked by motorcycle rider after the riders were given a tickets as part of their offense of disobeying the dress code by the MMDA. Based upon the dress code, motorcycle riders were not allowed to wear slippers and shorts while riding a motorcycle.

The suspects who were live-in partner were already detained by the MMDA after they attacked the poor traffic enforcer who was just doing his job on the street. The incident was reportedly happened at the C-5 Road corner Greenmeadow Avenue in Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
During the incident which was caught on camera, the two suspects were arguing with MMDA traffic enforcer Geraldo Santiago. Instead of getting the tickets for their violations they argued with the officer.
The girl rider who was identified as Roslyn Garcia, kicked and used her helmet to attack the traffic enforcer. One of the photographer from a tabloid who was within the vicinity became the next target of the girl who run after him.
The motorcycle rider was later on identified as Edwin Girimbo who is now detained with his live-in partner Roslyn Garcia at the Quezon City Police Department (QCPD). The two were charged with physical injuries and direct assault.
