The newest ABS-CBN leading lady and young actress Liza Soberano admitted that she felt awkward being with her “Forevermore” co-star, actor and heartthrob Enrique Gil.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the Star Magic artist said that she felt uncomfortable with Enrique Gil during the first shooting of their upcoming series. “Dati po na-iilang po ako sa kanya. Hindi dahil feeling ko crush niya ako or anything dahil ewan ko, hindi ko lang talaga kaya siyang titigan,” she said.
During the interview, Liza Soberano shared also that she felt overwhelmed that she finally got her own TV series, following her third party roles in series and movies. “Very overwhelming kasi sanay na ako na ako ang thrid wheel, ako yung extra, pero ngayon may sarili na akong ka-love team,” she said.
Liza Soberano plays the second love interest of Daniel Padilla in the movie “Must Be.. Love” and the series “Got To Believe,” which also stars Kathryn Bernardo.
“Forevermore” will mark the second project of Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil together, following the 2013 movie “She’s The One.” It will premiere on Monday October 27, replacing the top-rating series “Ikaw Lamang,” which was top billed by Coco Martin and Kim Chiu.
Meanwhile, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, whose love team was dubbed by their fans “LizQuen,” are also set to star in the Wattpad-based movie “The Bet.” The released date of Star Cinema film has yet to be announced.
