The Kapatid Actor and “Artista Academy” alumnus Vin Abrenica revealed that her brother Aljur Abrenica will pursue her childhood dream of becoming a pilot.
In a press conference for “TV5 Wattpad Presents,” Vin Abrenica said that the Kapuso actor has a lot of free time now so he is planning to do things that he wants in his life, including being a pilot.
“More likely now, kasi nagkakaroon na siya ng mga free time, inaasikaso niya ang mga gustong gawin niya sa buhay niya tapos, meron siyang good news sa akin nung isang araw, finally, magagawa na niya yung course niya sa pagpi-piloto,” he said.
The 23-year-old actor said that before his brother became an artist, it was always his dream to become a pilot. “Gusto niya kasi, ever since talaga, before siya maging artista, dream talaga niya maging pilot. So, ayun, good news niya sa akin yun nung isang araw lang,” he added.
Aljur Abrenica made headlines in July after he filed a Judicial Confirmation of Rescission of Contract against the Artist Center of his home network, GMA, to terminate his contract which is supposed to end in 2015 due to alleged career mismanagement.
Vin Abrenica said Aljur Abrenica’s problems are slowly being fixed. He also refused to confirm if his brother is planning to transfer to the rival network, ABS-CBN.
There are speculations that Aljur Abrenica is now allowed to go back to the Kapuso network but the Artists Center will no longer manage his career.
