The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results o the October 2014 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination on Friday, October 10, 2014 or in exactly two (2) working days after the last day of examination. PRC announced that a total of 2,960 out of 3,841 passed the Mechanical Engineer Board Exam and 32 out of 59 passed the Certified Plant Mechanic Board Exam.

According to the PRC’s results, a graduate of Bohol Island State University identified as Gremerson Idulsa Aladad ranked No. 1 in the official list of Topnotchers or Top 10 passers in the recently concluded October 2014 Mechanical Engineer Board Exam. He topped the board exam with an average of 93.80% rating.
A Bicol University-Legazpi student, Noli Medina Avila ranked second with an average of 93.45% ratings. Making it to the Top 3 list of passers are Paul Lawrence Gonzales Prado and Rowell Bryan Escala Quijano both from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila who garnered an average ratings of 93.10%.
The October 2014 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination was conducted by the Board of Mechanical Engineer in the Cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao and the results was released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.
Aside from the List of Topnotchers or Top 10 Passers in the October 2014 Mechanical Engineer BoardExam, the PRC also noted that the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on October 20-21, 2014.
