A group of Filipina sisters already eliminated in Korean talent show. The said grouped was dubbed as MICA.
The said show was known to be Mnet Superstar K. It is television talent show series which was held yearly in South Korea.
On the other hand, MICA is composed of Mylene, Irene, Celina and Almira Gollayan. They were the only group from the Philippines that joined on Superstar K. Their last performance was singing the song “I’ll Be There” together with a Korean Contestant named Kim Hyeon-mi. This is based on ABS-CBN.

However, even if they have showcased their beautiful voices, the judges still decided to eliminate them on their recent performance. After which, it actually got the attention of netizens and react on it. Both Korean and Filipino netizens complained on the decision of the judges to favor to the other Korean contestants.
After all, one specific Korean netizen said that the main goal of the said show is to discover the next K-pop star. In which, MICA’s performance and Korean skills seemed to be not enough in the eyes of the judges.
However, whatever it would be, MICA don’t have any other choice but just to accept it. Perhaps, their journey did not mean to end as they were eliminated on the said Korean TV show. Who knows, this was just the start.
