Michael Pangilinan, one of the country’s aspiring young singer and celebrity trends on Twitter worldwide on Friday, September 19, 2014 during his guesting on ABS-CBN’s top-rating show, Aquino & Abunda Tonight. The singer and interpreter of the popular Himig Handog PPop Love Songs 2014 entry titled “Pare, Mahal Mo Raw Ako,” captured the attentions of netizens not only in the Philippines but also worldwide.

The 18-year-old Michael Pangilinan is also a certified recording artist after he launch his first self-titled CD lite under Star Records in October 2013. Aside from being a recording artist, he also does regular appearance in GMA’s Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman.
One of most popular song of Michael Pangilinan is his signature song, his own version of “Dance With My Father,” a song popularized by Luther Vandross. His signature song in the OPM side is his own version of the song titled “Kung Sakali.”
Michael Pangilinan is a native of Pulilan, Bulacan, he is the second child in a brood of three to parents who were car dealers. He is also considered as one of the rich kids in the entertainment industries because his parents are not just an ordinary car dealers but they were BMW car dealers in the Philippines.
The young singer who was interviewed by Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino on Friday night, noted that his voice and youthful charms was first discovered when he joined the reality show X-Factor Philippines during the year 2011.
