The kapamilya pop-rock singer Yeng Constantino revealed some details aboout her upcoming wedding during an interview with morning and lifestyle show “Kris TV” aired on Monday September 15, 2014.
The “Chinito” hitmaker said that she will tie-the-knot with her fiance, former band member and now Christian worship director Victor “Yan” Asuncion, on Valentine’s day, February 14, 2014, next year in Tagaytay City.
Yeng Constantino said that they will go to Maldives after their wedding for honeymoon. According to her, their honeymoon trip was a gift from one of their godparents.
“Yes, sa Maldives. Personally, kasi gusto ko siya. Tapos may nag-gift sa amin. Pinapili kami either Switzerland o Maldives, so we chose Maldives. Yes, ninang namin sa kasal [ang nagregalo],” she said.
Yeng Constantino also said in her past interviews that their wedding preparations are almost done. She added that she wants their wedding to be intimate and private with family members and closest friends only.
She also assured that her fans that they will be sharing their wedding photos to them through social media.
The singer and Yam Asuncion met through a common friend last year, and got engaged this year after eight months of being a couple. The pair are each other’s first relationship.
Yeng C0nstantino rose to fame after winning the singing competition “Pinoy Dream Academy” (PDA) in 2006, and has since released several album. Yeng Constantino is currently the ambassadress of Rock in Singapore for the second time
