On the recent episode of Kris TV in which host Kris Aquino had offered that she will be the guardian of “The Voice Kids” finalist Darren Espanto. At the moment, Darren’s father is also in the show. After which, Darren did not say anything. Seems that he is shocked on the offer given to him.
The guardian offer of the TV host came after Darren said that his father is actually set to go back to Canada to work. His mother is actually at Canada at the moment. Although his father said that this is just temporary, Darren will still be left in the country with his other relatives.

His father is set to go back to Canada this Thursday, September 4, 2014.
On the video Darren said that he is very happy for the offer to him by Kris Aquino. According to him, his father said that he really wants the offer. Actually, they are all very thankful for Kris for saying that thing to him.
“Nakakatuwa po si Ms. Kris at saka I’m so happy na sinasabi niya po ‘yan. Sabi po ni daddy gustong gusto po niya, very thankful po kami kay Ms. Kris po,” he said on his interview in ABS-CBN News.
On the idea given by Kris, Darren said that he is somewhat shy. It’s because of the fact that Kris Aquino is Kris Aquino.
On the other hand, Darren is staying in the country to work full time in showbiz. He might also be doing acting projects soon. But at the moment, he said that nothing is confirmed yet.
