Mica Javier is an upcoming recording artist at the same time she is the girlfriend of Jay-R. The two have guested together in the Tuesday, September 2, 2014 episode of Kris TV in ABS-CBN.
Jay-R have said in the episode that Mica and him have been together for over a year now. They have met in a charity event of apl. de. ap. With their first meeting, Jay-R believe that it was actually a love at first sight.
Actually, it was Mica who have talked to him first saying that she knew him. After a while, she have just realized that he is not the man he knew. However, she still introduced herself to Jay-R afterwards. According to her, their meeting was just a random thing after all.
After that night, Jay-R is already texting her “good morning” every morning.
“After that I will text her every morning ‘good morning’ mga ganoon lang, nagpaparamdam lang. Dinaan ko na sa music. Because I know she’s an artist as well because she sang that same night and I was like ‘you know maybe we should work on some music together,” he stated.
Jay-R also stated that he got Mica’s number because he get it thinking that they should work together in music.
The two have released their duet in June 2013. This is entitled Tonight.
Jay-R was asked on how long did he court Mica. Based on him, it was more than 6 months after he have received the sweet Yes from Mica.
