With that, meet Martin Cruz of Iselin, a 3-year-old drummer from New Jersey. On his young age, you can actually see the future of the kid. He had the great groove and speed of being a great drummer. On his young age, he can already show his unique talent to other people.
Martin’s father Dennis Cruz said, “Yan ang wish ko nga, nakikita ko sa kanya na someday sana maging best drummer siya like mga Phil Collins.” This is based on the news in ABS-CBN.
Actually, Martin already learned to play the drums when he was just 1 year and 3 months old. He is a Church drum member and was rehearsing. At the moment, he have seen his child following his moves while he is beating the drums. He also said that the kid is moving together with the song as if he is really playing the drums.
He also said that the kid just listens to the music. He is also observing on how his father played the drums. After a while, he is also playing together with his father. This is when his talent was discovered by his father.
When he turned 2-year-old and a half, he is already performing in the some churches in New Jersey. His father also confirmed that he likes the most on doing drum rolls. One more thing is that he is actually a Filipino.
His father is planning to bring him in a professional school on the time that he is already allowed to do so.
Indeed, his talent is really a great gift from God. One good thing is that he is using it to worship God and to serve in churches.
