The “Pinoy Big Brother: All In” 3rd placer Jane Oineza confirmed during an interview with “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Wednesday August 27, 2014 that she will star in her first teleserye leading role.
During the interview, Jane Oineza said that she underwent a look test for the TV series. She also revealed she will be joined by the former housemates Loisa Andalio and Joshua Garcia.
The Star Magic artist said that the project is a blessing to her after her PBB stint. “Sobrang blessing din po na right after ‘PBB,’ biglang may ganitong nangyayari,” she said.
Asked to explain her character, the young actress said: “Parang hindi naman po [bida na kontrabida]. ‘Yung character nag-sa-stand lang talaga, kung ano ‘yung sinasabi niya, kung ano ang decision niya.”
However, Jane Oineza said that she cannot talk further about the details of the upcoming TV series but according to Push, she will star in the 2015 remake of an ABS-CBN’s teleserye classic.
Jane Oineza started working in show business at the age of four and has since joined the comedy gag show “Goin Bulilit”. Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes, who have already starred in several big projects, were among her co-stars in the comedy show.
The 18-year-old star said that had she been “patiently waiting” for a big break in the industry since several of her “Goin Bulilit” batch mates have already top-billed various acting projects.
Meanwhile, Jane Oineza thanked her fans and family for supporting and believing in her when she was still in the famous yellow house.
