Lyca Gairanod the ultimate winner of the top-rating show “The Voice Kids” Philippines showcased her singing skills alongside the Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao, the mother of the country’s boxing icon, Manny Pacquiao. During the meeting of Mommy D. and Lyca Gairanod on Saturday, they rendered a duet of the popular song “Wrecking Ball,” to the delight of the crowd.

The 9-year-old winner of The Voice, Lyca Gairanod spoofed earlier this month Mommy D’s version of the hit song popularized by Miley Cyrus. Lyca Gairanod once again did her own version of the song during “The Voice Kids” provincial tour in General Santos City.
Aside from Lyca Gairanod, the other finalist of the top-rating show, The Voice Kids accompanied her such as Darren Espanto, Juan Karlos Labajo and Darlene Vibares in a show held at the KCC Mall.
During the time when Lyca Gairanod met Mommy D. on their mall show, the grand winner of The Voice joined Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao as they sung the song “Wrecking Ball” to the delight of the crown who were present during the event.
The first version of Mommy D’s Wrecking Ball song went viral since it was posted on YouTube when she rendered the song in a special episode of the Gandang Gabi Vice, last April 2014. Lyca Gairanod on her part spoofed Mommy D’s version of the Wrecking Ball during her interview with comedian Vice Ganda on the same show.
