“Ikaw Lamang” star Kim Chiu said friendship with Maja Salvador is not much alike compared to before. She said on it on her interview after her contract signing in ABS-CBN Thursday, August 14, 2014.
Meanwhile, Kim said that is now looking forward to an upcoming movie with Xian Lim as well as a teleserye this year. She also said that this year gives her many blessings. She is very thankful and happy for it. She also shared her gratitude on her home network which made her a better person and a better star. According to her, “I’m very happy na nandito pa rin ako kung saan ako nagsimula, kung saan ako unang lumabas and siyemrpe utang ko sa kanila kung nasaan ako ngayon, kung ano yung narating ko.”
Kim also said that she wants to do another forte of acting. Like in “fantaserye’s” to be specific. She said that she is also looking forward to do this kind of movie or teleserye in the mere future. She said that she wants to explore acting. She have done heavy drama’s and even comedy’s before and it’s about time for her to explore other things.
Talking about the issue with Maja and Gerald Anderson, Kim said that she is happy being good terms with each other. After long time that they are not talking, it’s about time for them to both forget and forgive.
But then, Kim said that she is not yet ready to work with Gerald. “It depends sa project and sa kung ano yung kuwento.Ang daming nagtatanong sa akin pero sabi ko depende, hindi ko alam eh,” she said.
She said it based on how she thought their fans would deal in it. According to her, it still needs time to smooth-en everything, in which their fans would finally accept and understand things.
Same thing when it comes to working with Maja. She also considers on how people especially their fans would face and deal with it. She also said that they are in good terms with other. But the closeness is not much like before. They are friends, but not as best friends again. Wala ng closeness. Ano na lang, civil. Chika chika. Pero hindi best of friends, best of something, ganun, she said.
Well, things may seemed to be okay. But then, what they have before will never be the same again.
