Filipino boxing superstar Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao revealed the reasons why his mother Dionisia Pacquiao or popularly known as Mommy D can’t marry her boyfriend.
In an exclusive interview of the Sarangani representative with Anthony Taberna on “Tapatan Ni Tunying,” he shared that his mom cannot marry his boyfriend because she is still married with her estranged husband.
Manny Paquiao is referring to the first husband of Mommy Dionisia, whom she has yet to file an annulment. The boxing icon is the son of Mommy D with her second husband.
During her 65th birthday, Mommy Dionisia announced that she is open to enter in a relationship. However, her children did not grant her the permission to find someone who might make her happy.
Meanwhile, Mommy Dionisia made headlines earlier after she made attention during the red carpet of President Benigno Aquino III fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) last Monday, July 28, 2014.
The boxing superstar-turned-politician earlier announced that he is willing to retire from boxing if he will be given a chance to fight with his great contender, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and he will apply for a higher position, a Senator.
