Marlisa Punzalan and girl group “Trill” composed of Angel, Sheralyn and Jessica, the Filipino contestants of the X Factor Australia enter the Top 24 of the hit singing competition.
Teen singer Marlisa Punzalan and Trill managed to advance on the Top 24 after a through selection and deliberation conducted by the X Factor judges. The lone Filipino girl group is under Danni Minogue while Marlisa Punzalan is under Ronan Keating’s group called Girls Under 25.
However, Jal Joshua, another Filipino contestant on the singing competition failed to clinch on the Top 24. the 17-year-old aspiring singer did not made it to the list despite of his stunning performance with his soulful rendition of Billy Joel’s hit single, “Honesty.”
Jal Joshua was previously tagged as one of the tough contenders on the hit reality show. Meanwhile, he took to his Facebook page to thank for his fans and supporters for the support he gained throughout his X Factor journey.
Marlisa Punzalan, the 14-year-old schoolgirl is the youngest finalist on the X Factor Australia. She garnered massive applause during Bootcamp after she performed hit song, “Never Be The Same.”
The X Factor Australia is one of the franchise of the renowned singing competition which is based in UK.
