The “Asia’s Nightingale” Lani Misalucha performed the official theme song of the upcoming romantic film “Once A Princess” starring the famous love team of Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales.

The official music video with the theme song “Muli” was released on the world’s largest video-sharing site YouTube. “Muli” was composed by Melvin Morallos with music production by Jonathan Manalo.
According to the synopsis of the story, “Once A Princess” will center the story of the popular and rich girl in the school named Erin Almeda (Erich Gonzales) and the class geek Leonard Jamieson (Enchong Dee).
One day, Erin Almeda plays with the innocent heart of Leonard Jamieson but she unexpectedly falls in love him. However, their relationship ended shortly due to a tragic incident. After seven years, their paths cross again but this time, Erin is already married.
The romantic movie is a film adaptation of Precious Hearts romance novel written by Angel Bautista. It will mark the second big screen project of Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee following their romantic-comedy film “I Do” in 2011.
The kapamilya stars first worked together in the defunct hit series “Katorse”. Because of the success of the series, they were paired again in the remake of the Mexican telenovela “Mari la del Barrio”.
“Once A Princess” which also stars JC de Vera and Matt Evans is directed by Laurice Guillen. The film will be released in theaters nationwide on August 6, 2014.
