How to Refund PLDT Tickets for “The Last Home Stand”

The country’s largest telecom conglomerates PLDT, the company who initiated the highly anticipated “The Last Home Stand,” announced that they are now offering to refund all ticket holders of the controversial event held on Tuesday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The procedures on how to refund the tickets are listed below.

According to PLDT Executive Vice President Ariel Fermin, the ticket holders for both the Tuesday and Wednesday event that turned into a fiasco while the Wednesday’s game were already cancelled “will be refunded in full in an expeditious manner,” the PLDT officer stated.

Here’s How to Refund “The Last Home Stand” Tickets:

Send the following information: 1. Full Name, 2. ticket number, 3. contact number; and 4. email address either by text message to 0919614 0865 or email to [email protected].

PLDT also noted that the ten-digit ticket number of “The Last Home Stand,” can be found at the left portion of the ticket, below the seat number.

Aside from the above-mentioned procedures, PLDT also set up the following Refund Hotlines: The lines will be open at Wednesday at 9:00 AM.

Pangilinan, apologized to the Filipino basketball fans for the sudden changes of the highly anticipated “The Last Home Stand.” He was quoted as saying “We wish to apologize to our Filipino basketball fans for the sudden and disappointing turn of events today. We ourselves are extremely disappointed by this unexpected development,” PLDT Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan said.

The PDLT through their Executive Vice President Ariel Fermin explained that the agreement with the event organizer, IGW — whose role it was to arrange the participation of the NBA players — provided for a format involving a basketball clinic followed by a 5-on-5 game between Gilas Pilipinas and the Fibr All-Stars but the organizers IGW announced a few hours before the event on Tuesday, July 22, that the 5-on-5 game was not allowed by the NBA.
