The actor-comedian Ryan Bang does not want the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Terrence Romeo for the phenomenal comedian Vice Ganda, whom he considers as her mother.
In an interview with Pep.ph on July 18, 2014, the Korean-born Filipino actor said that he does not want her “It’s Showtime” co-host to get hurt so he does not want Terrence Romeo for him although he did not clarify that if they had a relationship before.
“Hindi ako boto kay Terrence kasi nakita kong nasaktan yung mommy ko dahil kay Terrence. Nagagalit ako, hindi ko alam kung bakit, pero kasi mahal ko ang mommy ko, ayaw ko siyang masaktan. Kahit sino man, magagalit talaga,” he explained.
Ryan Bang also said that he will still support Vice Ganda on the things will make him happy adding that he will also get hurt when someone hurt his “mother”.
Asked if what type of guy he wants for the box-office actor, Ryan Bang replied: “Yung totoo, gusto ko mas ka-age ni Mommy. Gusto ko malaman na totoong mahal niya si Mommy basta sigurado ako na totoo na mahal niya si Mommy, susuporta ako.”
On May, Vice Ganda admitted that he has broken up with his partner but he still refused to reveal his boyfriend’s identity. Though he did not name the guy, many speculated that it was the basketball star.
Terrence Rome denied also the rumors in his past interview, saying that he never had a relationship with Vice Ganda. He also hopes that issue between them will soon end.
