Coach Bamboo Manalac, one of the country’s most popular rock icon and the lone male judge of The Voice Kids Philippines named his initial list of aspiring kids singer who are now part of the famous Kamp Kawayan, the named he coined for his group, Team Bamboo. The list of aspiring kids singers on his team are listed below.
The former vocalist of the famous rock band Rivermaya and eventually formed his owned band Bamboo, already spotted some of the country’s most aspiring kid singers whom he convinced to join his team on their journey to the Battle Round of the competition.
From the very start of The Voice Kids Philippines, Coach Bamboo tried his best to convince some of the aspiring kids singers to be with him, there are instances wherein he lost some of them to his fellow coaches, Sarah G. and Lea Salonga but he is also proud that in some blind audition episodes some of them opted to join his Kamp Kawayan.
The Voice Kids Philippines continued its dominance not only in the ratings game against its rival stations but also in terms of social media reach as the show regularly dominates the top Twitter trending topics not only in the Philippines but also worldwide.

The fans and followers of Kamp Kawayan expect their leader Coach Bamboo to choose two more aspiring kids singers in the last two episodes of the shows which will be aired tomorrow and and Sunday, June 22, 2014.
