The Guillermo Mendoza Box Office Entertainment Awards celebrated their 45th years in the business, the award giving body held their ceremony at the Solaire Resorts on Sunday, May 18, 2014. The show was attended by some of the country’s most prominent icons, artists and celebrities.

During the awarding ceremony, Singer-actress Sarah Geronimo brought home a total of four major awards. For the third-time, the award-giving body named the 25-year-old actress and singer as its “Box Office Queen,” for her role as Laida Magtalas in the Star Cinema Movie “It Takes A Man and A Woman.”
Sarah Geronimo’s leading man, John Lloyd Cruz was also named as the Box Office King for the same movie, “It Takes A Man and A Woman.” Sarah G was also named as the Female Concert Performer and Female Recording Artist of the Year.
