April 2014 Civil Service Exam Room Assignment Bicol Region (V) Professional

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office in the Bicol Region released their official list of Civil Service Exam Room Assignment for the April 2014 examination which will be held this coming Sunday, April 6, 2014.

Unlike the NCR Room Assignment which was posted via PDF document on its website, the CSC Region V uses an Online Inquiry Form wherein those who wanted to know their room assignment should input some important details on their website.

Civil Service Region V Online Inquiry Form

The Online Inquiry Form of the Civil Service Commission in Bicol Region or Region V was posted starting on March 26, 2014. All exam takers must input their name and birthday in the form provided.

The Room Assignment will be given by the Civil Service Commission once you successfully made an accurate input. (Note: Make sure to follow the format prescribed on screen.)

Additional Information:  If you have made sure that you’ve entered the details correctly (ex.: the use of ‘ n ‘ instead of ‘ ñ ‘) but the system returns no data, please call the CSC-RO5 Field Office nearest you, or call our Regional Office hotline: (052) 482-0699.

    Mr. Yanto, the system registered your attempt to get your room assignment, however, it was noted that you failed to follow the instructions by leaving out your birthdate – a required input (as indicated in the form itself).

    At any rate, your room assignment is Room #5 at BSCAST in Naga City.
