A total of forty gorgeous women from different parts of the country are now ready for the upcoming Binibining Pilipinas 201, as ABS-CBN presented on Sunday, the Bb. Pilipinas 2014″ Road to the Crown” special primer video showcasing how exactly each candidate got their slot in the country’s most prestigious beauty contest.
The “Bb. Pilipinas 2014: The Road to the Crown” was aired on Sunday on ABS-CBN’s Sunday’s Best featuring the 2014 candidates as they shared their life struggles and challenges before they were included in the elite list of aspiring beauty queens.
Previous winners of Bb. Pilipinas also offered their guiding hands for the candidates through workshops and lending the talents they acquired during their previous stint in Bb. Pilipinas. Some of the workshops held were for make-up, dance, and a workshop for the question and answer portion.
Miss Universe-Philippines 2013 candidate Ariella Arida conducted the make up workshop, Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 2013 Joanna Cindy Miranda and Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Mutya Johanna Datul presented the dance workshop giving the candidates opportunity to let loose, but only the way beauty queens should do.
The question-and-answer portion workshop was conducted by Bb. Pilipinas International 2013 title holder Bea Rose Santiago. The workshop was held during a bus ride to the Montemar Beach Club in Bagac, Bataan.
The special primer of ABS-CBN aired on Sunday night featured the forty lovely candidates in the country’s national costumes, where they donned works from the country’s local designers.
The Bb. Pilipinas 2014: Road to the Crown was hosted by hunk actor Matteo Guidiceli, Ariella Arida, Mutya Johanna Datul, Cindy Rose Miranda and Bea Rose Santiago.
