American Idol, the world’s most prestigious singing competition has revealed the Top 9 elite finalist for Season 13 following the recent elimination of California-based singer MK Nobilette.
The Top 10 finalists has drawn m(–foul word(s) removed–)ive applause and cheers from the audience and judges after performing live the hit singles which dominated in Billboards top charts.
During the performances of Top 10 remaining finalists, Alex Preston has gained the admiration from the judges which include Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban for his spectacular performance of One Direction’s hit single, “Story of My Life.”

Aside from Alex Preston who garnered a standing ovation from the crowd, other finalists were also recognized with their soulful rendition of various Billboard hits. However, some of them were given a compliment from the respected judges including the latest act eliminated, MK Nobilette.
MK Nobilette is the first-ever “openly gay” contestant who was able to clinched on the American Idol top finalists. However, she was eliminated after she failed to amaze the judges with her cl(–foul word(s) removed–)ic rendition of Pink’s controversial single, “Perfect.”
The American Idol Season 13 Top 9 finalists will compete next week for another face off with the theme “Love One Dedications.”
The remaining contestants who will secure a spot on the Top 8 finalists will be treated with a concert tour this summer in selected areas in US.
