Morales and Pagtulon-an: LET Exam Jan. 2014 Secondary Topnotchers

Deidre Roldan Morales from University of the Philippines-Diliman and Eduard Aldabon Pagtulon-an from Central Mindanao University has topped on the recently concluded Licensure Examinations for Teachers (L.E.T) secondary level last January 26, 201 with 88.40 percentage rate.

Professional Regulation Commission and Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced on Saturday, March 8, 2014 the topnotchers and the list of p(–foul word(s) removed–)ers on teachers board examination.

Morales and Pagtulon-an was followed by Zarina Isla Villadolid of University of the Philippines-Diliman ranked second with 88.2% p(–foul word(s) removed–)ing percentage.

Meanwhile, Daisy Buenaventura Reyes from Xavier University topped the LET examinations for elementary level with 88.2%.

According to PRC 12,033 secondary teachers out of 42,358 examinees (28.41%) successfully p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the teachers board examination for the secondary level.

The PRC also said that Saint Louis University landed as ranked no. 1 for “Top Performing Schools” with 121 p(–foul word(s) removed–)ers out of 129 examinees for 93.8%. Saint Louis University is followed by University of Sto. Tomas at No. 2 with a total of 50 p(–foul word(s) removed–)ers out of 56 takers for 89.29%.

The January 2014 Licensure Examination for Teacher was conducted in 15 testing centers all over the Philippines last January 26, 2014 with the members of BPT composed of Chairman Dr. Rosita L. Navarro with members Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.
