Vice Ganda’s jokes during a segment with It’s Showtime left some of his co-host speechless particularly Anne Curtis. The 37-year-old comedian made a joke on “hawla” or bird cage, the video of the segment went viral on various social networking sites and blogs after it was posted online.

Vice Ganda’s joke occurred last Monday, during the question and answer portion of It’s Showtime segment “I Am Pogay.” One of the contestant Limeul Dizon mentioned “safety” when asked to relate a bird cage to life.
The comedian commented immediately stating that “For safety! Naku, sabi ko na nga ba, Vhong, dapat nagdala ka ng hawla,” Vice Ganda quipped, as he ran to the side of the stage, laughing.
Vice Ganda’s co-host Anne Curtis and Karylle were caught speechless although they slightly smile over the joke. The joke of Vice Ganda was referred to the incident that left Vhong Navarro badly injured during the controversial incident happened at the condo unit of Deniece Cornejo last January 22, 2014.
The certified blockbuster comedian added further that “Sabi niya kasi safety e! Kung naisip natin ‘yn e ‘di hindi napahamak ‘yung kaibigan naming,” Vice Ganda added.
Although Vice Ganda did not meant to hurt Vhong Navarro’s feelings but some netizens commented that the comedian should realized that these kind of jokes which involves their fellow host should not be a laughing matter.
