The Bantayan Back to Sea Project initiated another income-generating effort to help support the successful endeavors of helping Bantayan island fishermen. The organizers launched on January 1, 2014 a limited edition T-Shirt, which is now on sale to help support the fisherfolks of Bantayan island.
The people behind the Bantayan Back to Sea Project, are encouraging not only our fellow Bantayanons but also those who are kind at heart to help support the fishermen of Bantayan island on their rehabilitation effort right after the devastation brought about by super typhoon Yolanda.
According to the Bantayan Back to Sea Project Facebook post, the Limited Edition Shirt Design is part of the organizers fundraising and awareness efforts for Bantayan fisherfolks for them to be more sustainable.
