    good day!

some of our students who took the upcat for sy 2014-2015 informed me that they received a notification re: lacking requirement that they need to submit to your office.

i, as the school guidance counselor received the test permits of these students and attached with these permits is a piece of notice concerning their lacked requirement (which is the certification that they belong to top 10).i even made a call to UP admission office in manila and confirmed of the said notification.i was advised by the personnel whom i talked with that the lacking certificate could be submitted on the date of examination.i prepared the certificate and the students submitted it to the proctor.

may i ask your good office to kindly send me the list of lacking requirements that our students need to submit.

    thank you and god bless!
