An alleged 53-year-old woman was caught on camera stealing relief goods in Cebu City, not only once but three times inside the Provincial Capitol of the Province of Cebu.

In a news report published by GMA 7’s 24 Oras, the CCTV footage was shared to GMA showing a woman sneaking into a corridor where packs of relief goods were stacked waiting for distribution to the victims of super typhoon Yolanda in the Visayas.
Based upon the video, the first incident was recorded by CCTV happened last November 12 showing a woman picking a pack of goods and simply walked away. In another footage, the same suspect was caught stealing again this incident happened on November 28, 2013.
The stealing incident was repeated the third time, all were caught by the CCTV camera. The authorities of the Cebu Provincial Capital have identified the suspect as Nessie Torralba, however, she refused to make any comment regarding the alleged theft.
