Mr. Vince Escario of the Municipality of Bantayan announced the distribution of relief operations in various Barangays in Bantayan. The team which will be distributing the goods to the affected barangays is headed by Dr. Alvin Roxas.
According to Mr. Escario the itinerary of relief distribution was supposed to be a private message to his cl(–foul word(s) removed–)mate, Dr. Alvin Roxas, but he decided to post it on Facebook for all to read and to emphasize the importance of coordinating relief operations with the Bantayan LGU.
Escario was quoted as saying, “By being able to properly plot out our operations, we are able to equitably distribute the relief goods, prevent and avoid overlapping relief operations in the barangay level, identify the barangays that still need (–foul word(s) removed–)istance, make an inventory of each barangay’s most urgent needs, and ensure a more fluid operational flow.” he said.
