The Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon arrived in Moscow, Russia on Tuesday morning (Philippine Time), to serve as one of the official web correspondent of the Miss Universe 2013.
The 24-year-old Janine Tugonon uploaded a video of support for the Miss Philippines candidates Ara Arida before her trip to Russia. The video was uploaded to the Official Facebook Page of the Miss Universe Philippines on Monday.

Janine Tugonon encouraged her fellow Filipinos cast their votes online for Miss Ariella Arida who is currently doing great in Moscow in the Preliminary Round of the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant.
Here’s the words of encouragement by Janine Tugonon to all the Filipinos and non-Filipino supporters of Arida:
“Hello Philippines, it’s the Miss Universe season again so I’m encouraging everyone to please support Ara’s online vote in the Miss Universe. Because the candidate who has the highest votes automatically makes it to the Top 16.
“So sana po ay suportahan natin si Ara. She’s doing her very best right now in Moscow,” she said.
