The chosen candidates who participated in the Yamamay Fashion show walked confidently wearing their cl(–foul word(s) removed–)y swimwear made by Yamamay. The Italian underwear giants is one of the major sponsors in the 2013 Miss Universe. The company crafted the exclusive swimwear for the 86 gorgeous Miss Universe contestants.

During the Yamamay Fashion Show, the stage’s construction proved to be a challenged for the 19-year-old Yaritza Reyes as she tumbled and fell onstage when it was her turn to walk.  The audience in the show and some of the Yamamay’s staff helped out the curly, dark skinned stunner to regain her composure, she went on with her walk as if nothing happened at all.

Falling onstage during the Miss Universe beauty pageant has never been new, in fact the Philippines has its own experience to share. During the 1999 edition of the Miss Universe, Miss Mirriam Quiambao fell off during one of the preliminaries, but she stood up immediately and put both her arms signalling she was all right. The courageous behavior of Miss Quiambao landed her as the first runner-up of the Miss Universe 1999.
