The Miss Universe 2013 official online voting will open on October 28, 2013 (US Time), supporters of candidates will have a chance to vote for their favorites in the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant.
According to the officials of the Miss Universe, the highest vote-getter in the official online poll will be automatically be seeded into the Top 16 during the finals night on November 9, in Moscow, Russia.
