Petron Blaze Boosters wanted to ride the momentum they gained in Game Three of the Governors Cup Finals last Wednesday when they easily defeated the San Mig Coffee Mixers with the final score at 90-68.

The Boosters avenged their Game Two lost against San Mig and dominated the Coffee Mixers in Game Three of the finals despite the absence of ace point guard Alex Cabagnot who is currently suffering an injury.

The Game Four of the PBA Finals will be aired live through TV5 at around 8:00 PM after the awarding ceremony in this year’s Leo Awards at around 7:00 PM, with coverage to aired by Aksyon TV or IBC 13.

Petron import Elijah wanted to continue his momentum in Game Four as he was chosen as the starting point guard for the team. He led his team with five three-pointers and finished with 28 points.

Dominant center and big man from Cebu City, June Mar Fajardo, provided the much-needed presence inside finished Game Three with 19 points on 9-of-11 shooting from the floor and adding nine rebounds for the Petron Blaze Boosters.

The San Mig Coffee Mixers on their part wanted to win Game Four to even the series after their dismal performance in Game Three of the Governors Cup Finals.
