The first ever Filipino who won the title for Miss World 2013 in Bali Indonesia Megan Lynne Young. As she arrived in the Philippines as of October 10, 2013 in the afternoon, the 23-year-old actress is tearful because of too much joy and excitement that finally she bring home the crown and she was overwhelmed with her fans and supporters that welcomed her and really waits her as she return, especially her family.
Actress and host Megan Young got her 1st one on one interview with Ginger Conejero last night and that is live in Pasay City. Ginger congratulates Young for winning the crown and she is also very proud that the actress gives another honor to her country.
As they start their conversation, Conejero asked her if what she feels during that night when she was declared as Miss World 2013, Young answered that her emotions mixed and can’t ever believe and imagine that she got the crown and proclaimed as Miss World 2013. For a follow up question Conejero asked her if who is the first person that she saw, Young answered that it was her mother who is crying because she is so proud that her daughter made it to the top.
Until now Young’s achievement never yet sinks in on her mind, but that is the reality that she must accept she won and hailed as Miss World 2013.
