Cory Quirino, the Philippine franchise holder of Miss World through her CQ Global Quest Inc., announce and calls the attentions of her fellow Filipinos to wear “Blue, the color of the Miss World crown” in the upcoming Homecoming of Megan Young.

The current Miss World title-holder, Miss Megan Young will arrive in the Philippines this coming Thursday, October 10, 2013. The homecoming party will be held on Friday, October 11 at around 2:00 PM in Ayala Avenue corner Beundia.
The 23-year-old Megan Young also posted on her official Twitter account (@meganbata) about her much-awaited homecoming. The reigning Miss World 2013 currently resides on her official residence in London. She tweeted that, “had the chance to be on BBC earlier and was interviewed by @LucyHockingsBBC 🙂 also, coming home next week!” Megan tweeted.
During Megan Young’s stay in London she was interviewed by BBC, days after being crowned as the first Filipina who won the Miss World title. The coronation night of the Miss World 2013 was broadcasted in over 180 countries worldwide putting Megan at the limelight for the past few days.
