The “Muling Buksan Ang Puso,” ended with a happy ending after the character of Leonel played by Enchong Dee ended his role as rival to Enrique Gil’s love to Julia Montes.
The heart of Leonel was given to Francis, the character portrayed by Enrique Gil in the finale episode of the hit drama series. The feuding families have also reconciled in the end. The draw series directed by Emmanuel Quindo Palo and Nuel Naval aired for three months.
The Kapamilya televiewers are now anticipating the replacement of “Muling Buksan Ang Puso,” the ABS-CBN remake of the Mexican series “Maria Mercedes” featuring Jessy Mendiola for the title role. It will start airing this coming Monday, October 7, 2013.
