Megan Young, the reigning Miss World 2013 will arrive in the Philippines this coming October 11, 2013 after her successful stint in Indonesia. The confirmation of Megan’s arrival in the Philippines was made through the official statement released by Cory Quirino.

The 23-year-old Miss World 2013 titlist is currently in London, UK, her official residence for her one-year reign. The Kapamilya actress and host was also featured in an interview with BBC’s Impact yesterday, October 4, 2013.
Miss Cory Quirino, the director of Miss World Philippines revealed to the media that Megan Young will be in Manila next week during Grand Kapamilya Weekend of ABS-CBN.
According to Cory Quirino, Megan Young will be having a motorcade scheduled for next week in Makati City. Quirino invited the Filipinos for Megan’s meet-and-greet and motorcade at Ayala Avenue on Friday afternoon at around 2:00 PM.
The former beauty queen Cory Quirino added further that she wanted to just ignore the online bashers of the newly-crowned Miss World princess, she also forgave all those bashers.
