The Philippine representative to Miss Tourism Queen International beauty pageant, Miss Cindy Miranda made it the Top 10 of the Miss Tourism Queen International in a coronation night held last night from Xianning, China.

Miss Alisa Miskovska of Latvia was declared as the winner of the Miss Tourism Queen International besting out a total of 43 other candidates from various countries. The announcement was made by the official Facebook account of the Miss TQI 2013. During last night’s coronation there was no live broadcast so various news media organization relies on social medias with the updates.
The Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI), stated in an announcement that Miss Latvia won the Miss Tourism International title followed by South Africa as 1st runner-up; China, 2nd runner-up; Korea, 3rd runner-up; and Portugal, 4th runner-up.
The Philippines bet Cindy Miranda failed to continue the winning streak of the Philippines who dominated the previous two international pageant, the Miss Supranational and the Miss World 2013.
Despite the failure of Cindy Miranda, the Filipino people are still behind her successful stint in the beauty pageant and hoping for the two remaining candidates that will represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe and the Miss International to duplicate the success of Miss Supranational Mutya Datul and Miss World Megan Young.
