The pork barrel controversy whistle-blower Benhur Luy attends the third hearing of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee on Thursday, September 12, 2013. Justice Secretary De Lima received “raw information” about a possible security threat against Benhur Luy.
According to Benhur Luy, he is the second cousin of Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the pork barrel scam. Luy filed serious illegal detention charges against Napoles, who is now detained at Fort Sto. Domingo in Laguna.
Benhur Luy is currently narrating their activities in the alleged pork barrel scam. During the previous investigations conducted by the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, former officials of the NABCOR and ZNAC Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) confirmed the existence of the scam.
Some of the senators who were linked by NABCOR Vice President were Senators Bong Revilla, Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile as legislators who pushed for funding of fake NGO’s.
