Larisa Leeuwe, the representative of Aruba to the Miss World 2013 beauty pageant was born in the Netherlands and a current Law student at the University of Aruba.
The 22-year-old Larisa, grew up on the Caribbean island, according to the 174-cm beauty titlist from Aruba, she enjoys a variety of water sports, from wakeboarding to scuba diving. She also practices martial arts (pencak silat) with her father.

“My name is Larisa Leeuwe, I am 22 years old and studying law student at the University of Aruba.
I speak 4 languages: English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento. I love reading, learning foreign languages, traveling, watersports, dancing and practicing martial.
The values I carry close to my heart are; honesty, hard work, determination, humbleness, integrity, tolerance and respect. My desire to care for the less fortunate started from a young age. It brings me joy to help less fortunate people in my country and all over the world.
My future goal is to graduate from law school and further educate myself as a lawyer to help less fortunate families.”
