The controversial house of Janet Lim-Napoles at the Forbes Park is listed was rented by Monsignor Josefino S. Ramirez, according to a documents obtained by Rappler.

Monsignor Ramirez is now a retired priest of the Archdiocese of Manila, he is now renting the property located at 9 Narra Avenue, South Forbes, Makati City for a total of P280,000 a month.
The priest who resides now at the controversial house allegedly owned by Napoles signed the two-year-contract on March 7, 2013, although it says the lease began January 15, 2013 and will end on January 15, 2015.
Based upon the documents from Rappler, Ramirez “agrees to pay the sum of P1,120,000” upon the signing of the contract, P560,000 for two months advance rental and another P560,000 for two months security deposit.
The Forbes Park house was bought by Napoles during the year 2008 and according to Gertrudes Luy, a former employee of Napoles and the mother of whistleblower Benhur Luy, the house was never used by the family of Napoles as a house but it was only used by them as a place to hear m(–foul word(s) removed–).
