The reigning Mutya ng Pilipinas Queens 2012 Camille Guevarra, Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific (Intercontinental) 2012 and Rizzini Alexis Gomez, Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism 2012 will crown their successors.
