Popular Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu made a statement through her official Instagram account to express her feelings following the death of her mother, Louella Yap Yap, after the numerous controversies surfaced online.
The mother of Kim p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed away at the age of 50 last Sunday due to an illness, which the family of Kim refused to disclose. On her Instagram photo, Kim Chiu posted the picture below with the caption: “You will always be in my heart forever.”
The 23-year-old Kim Chiu was attacked online through a blind item first appeared on Fashion Pulis, but the actress denied the issue and instead she wanted to have some privacy and respect.
The actress is currently in Thailand after she left the country despite the death of her mother but Kim Chiu’s father depended her daughter’s departure because of a commitment to shoot a commercial.
