Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu is currently in Cebu to be with her family as they mourn over the death of their mother, Louella Yap Chiu. She also expressed her appreciation to all who showed their love and support to their entire family.
According to an information gathered by ABS-CBN, Kim’s mother had been confined at an undisclosed hospital in Cebu due to an illness. Louella Yap Chiu died at the age of 50. The family of Kim Chiu did not any more information with the main reason for her mother’s untimely demise instead they are asking the public to respect their family’s privacy.
Meanwhile ABS-CBN Star Magic released an official statement comforting Kim:
