Heavy favorites San Beda Red Lions is on its way into an easy victory but the College of Saint Benilde made heroic comeback in the fourth quarter although they fell short but they made heart-stopping fourth quarter game.

During the fourth quarter with just a few minutes remaining in the game, Fons Saavedra of the Saint Benilde converted a clutch three-pointer for a taste of the lead with just 6 seconds in the fourth quarter.
The Red Lions coach, Boyet Fernandez guide his team as they converted a perfect play through a lobe p(–foul word(s) removed–) made by Art dela Cruz for the game-winning play with 3.7 ticks remaining and escaped with a 71-70 victory over Saint Benilde.
